James H. Price III, was born on December 24, 1949, in Greenville, South Carolina. His father was an attorney and judge as well as his grandfather.
Mr. Price graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1972 with a B.A. Degree and the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1975 with a J. D. Degree.
He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar Association in November, 1975, and was admitted to the New York Bar Association in March, 1988. Mr. Price also has an active criminal practice in the federal courts.
Mr. Price is a member in good standing of the following legal organizations:
